-Rate is per person, per night
-Bookings are on a first come-first served basis
-All inclusive price includes 3 meals per day. B&B varies.
-All hotels listed will include transport to and from the venue each day
-Shuttles from hotels will start 2 hours before games begin and 1.5 hours after the games end. Additional trips may be added depending on the schedule.
-Teams will work directly with DOMEX to finalise bookings. Filling out the online booking form below will provide Domex with information to assist in finding you your preferred options.

-Airport transfers are the responsibility of the individual/team to acquire. Please inquire with DOMEX for options. 

Shuttles are only available to teams booking through DOMEX.

Shuttle will be provided to teams staying in any of the hotels listed in the “Accommodation Prices” button sheet. 

Booking Policy:

-Rooms are not confirmed until a deposit is made
-Deposit amount is dependent on hotel, # of persons, suite, and length of stay,
-Before making a deposit, deposit information, cancelation policy, and payment instructions will be provided
